Round shaped gray colored Brazilian Agate Drusy designer cabochon 57 mm in diameter and 11.5 mm thick.
There is some damage to the inner crystals-not visible from the front of the stone-see the last picture.
A layer of very fine crystals formed on a semiprecious gemstone chalcedony, is known as "Druse" "Drusy" or "Druzy".
Drusy Agate is a type of chalcedony, usually at least slightly translucent and banded or with inclusions.
This lovely Druse Agate material is found in southern Brazil.
