It is custom cut into a designer curved bar shaped cabochon that is 47 to 64 mm long by 28 mm wide and 5 mm thick.
This rare variety of Tiger's Eye, known as Marra Mamba Tiger's Eye, is from approximately 50 kilometres north-west of Tom Price, near Mt Brockman, adjacent to Caves Creek Valley on Hammersley Station in Australia.
