Returns Policy: Shop with confidence! We offer a full refund of the purchase price if the items are returned in the same condition they were shipped, within 14 days of receipt. We do not refund shipping charges.

Shipping terms: We prefer to ship USPS First Class or Priority, but will ship anyway you want if you contact us first. FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING to all U.S. or Canada addresses. We usually ship within 3 business days after receiving payment. First Class takes about 1 week to receive in the U.S. and up to 8 weeks internationally. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Payment terms: We prefer credit card or paypal, but we accept checks and money orders too. We can take credit cards over the internet or by phone at 623-465-2771. The site is totally secure using Prostores Security Cetificate.

Please note: Items are One of A Kind, due to the natural stone material there may be some natural cracks or inclusions. Close up pictures may actually enhance them. They will be listed in description too. You will always receive the cabochon pictured!
