Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. You will need to sign in. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Can I make a wish list?
A: When you register with us there is a save cart feature. Just put the items in your cart and then click "view cart" and then "save cart" and give it a name. You will be able to access it when you return to the site and sign in. Remember items are not guarenteed available until you confirm an order.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We are always happy to combine shipping. If you don't believe the amount is correct, please let us know and we will correct it. We ship anywhere in the world. We prefer First Class or Priority Mail, but will ship any way you like. Just ask! Priority Mail for up to 1 pound is around $5.95 within the U.S.
Q: How do I registered to buy wholesale?
A: Please contact us by email or phone. If you are already registered with us, we will provide you with a code and a schedule of discounts. If you are not registered we will need a copy of your tax license. You may email or fax that to us, but you must call first to make sure the fax machine is on!
Q: Do we take custom cut orders?
A: We are unable to take custom cut orders. Nor can we cut your material for you. However if you have something in particular you are looking for, please contact us. We might just have it. And we are always interested in new shape suggestions!
