These lovely lavender purple stone cabochons are made from Fluorite.

This material is slightly translucent and found in China.

It occasionally has white inclusions or spots- but some of the tiny white spots in the picture is the camera picking up dust! Except for the obvious, most of these look solid purple to the naked eye.
